A new copy of this textbook comes with a CD in an envelope glued inside the back cover. The CD is a convenience but most of the bytes of information on it are available for free via downloads from the World Wide Web. A used textbook without the CD is still sufficient for the course, but should sell at a discount considering the missing CD. This book is published in low volume. Students should be sure shipping dates, quality, and price competitiveness are satisfactory prior to considering an order via the Web (Amazon.com for just one example). The price of a used book plus shipping and the possiblity of a missing CD and delayed shipment may make the purchase of a new book via Dordt's Bookstore most attractive if the price is not too much higher.
